Ⅱ Drying control system of glass bottle drying paint
1、Explosion-proof door: there is an explosion-proof door inside the chamber. When the gas pressure inside the oven reaches 0.001kg/cm2, the explosion-proof door opens automatically to eliminate internal pressure.
2、Ventilation device: the upper part of the chamber is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet adjusting valve;Φ 90 mm diameter, adjustable air flow, make the furnace temperature is uniform;
3、Air transport motor: 2 sets of air transport motor (0.75kw) at edeley, Taiwan;
4、Wind wheel:The stainless steel air wheeel of 12-inch multi-wing
5、Heating pipe: Heating pipe adopt u-shaped stainless steel made in Taiwan, with radiator, which can make the temperature of heating pipe evenly distributed;
6、Temperature monitoring: one instrument monitoring point is added to the upper, middle and lower parts of the chamber to display the temperature inside the chamber;
7、Air heating method: air is pumped from the air inlet of the oven to the air groove of the heating pipe. Air is circulated in the oven after being heated and the exhaust gas is discharged from the exhaust port.
