1、Shell material: it is made of 2mm thick Q235 cold-rolled steel sheet (with best strength, plasticity and welding comprehensive performance), which is bent and welded.

7、Time control: LED digital display time controller can be set to the maximum time of 99 hours, and the unit can be arbitrarily switched to hours, minutes and seconds.

8、Heating tube control: each group of heating tube is controlled by SSR solid relay;

9、Temperature sensor: standard of Omron 3-meter, k-type thermocouple;

1、Automatic constant temperature: the thermostat can calculate the output power automatically with PID according to the temperature value set by the user. The closer the temperature is to the set value, the smaller the output power will be.

2、Timing function: the timing is divided into two levels (manual/automatic) : start timing immediately when manual is selected;The time will start when the temperature must reach the set temperature value.Sound and light alarm and stop automatically when time is reached.

3、Over-temperature alarm: when the actual detection temperature exceeds the setting value of the over-temperature protection thermostat, automatically cut off the heating power, playing dual protection function;
