Ⅱ Structural features of large oven Chamber in motor industry
1、Surface grinding, polishing and phosphating (can increase corrosion resistance of metal and adhesion of paint);High temperature spray (large corrugated) can prevent rust and corrosion.The color is "computer grey";
2、Inner material: 1.4mm SUS304 stainless steel plate is adopted to keep the inner clean, free from dust, rust and corrosion, easy to clean;
3、Trolley: the trolley is welded by no. 12 channel steel material, and has 4 directional wheels made of all-metal high-strength steel at the bottom.
